6. Subscription Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

7. Cancellation and Termination

  • Cancellation by User: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to the CRM will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Termination by Us: XCRM may terminate your access to the services at any time if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the services.

We do not provide refunds for subscription payments except as required by law. Users are responsible for canceling their subscriptions before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
